How does the point system work?

Points are earned by attending meetings and events (or volunteering) and by donating items towards our charity projects and the events we (Interact) put together (ex. Bunnyfest). 4 Points are given for each hour you volunteer through Interact and every time you attend a meeting.

What's the purpose of the points?

In order to Letter or become a Board Member you must obtain a certain number of points, which are kept track of by our Secretary. 100 points are required to earn a Letter. In addition, 100 points are required to run for an Officer position. If you are currently on the Board of Directors or are an Executive Officer, you must obtain 175 points to letter and be eligible to run again.


Can I lose points?

Yes! If you sign up for an event and do not follow through by attending it as an Interact volunteer, your points will be deducted.
